RSP was founded by Jorge and Mirielle Reyes and has slowly added staff members who have been a big part of our athlete’s success.
Mirielle is Strength and Conditioning Coach and co-owner of Reign Sports Performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2015. She is also certified through Precision Nutrition as a Level 2 Nutrition Coach and a Certified Speed and Agility Coach through National Sports Performance Association.
Since graduating from college, Mirielle has obtained experience in various aspects of sport, fitness, and athletic performance. She coached high school volleyball and basketball for a couple years after college and helped lead an Oregon 5A Girls Basketball team to a 5th place finish at State. She also worked as a personal trainer before starting her own business in 2015. Since then, Mirielle has been working with teams, athletes and clients from 10-73 years old. She has experience training a wide range of sports and types of athletes up to the Division 1 and Professional level.

RSP Baseball Pitching Coordinator / College Prep Head Coach
A Prosser High School graduate who finished his collegiate playing career at Concordia University. Wyatt Wentz has his business degree from Concordia and has become one of the biggest pieces to the puzzle for RSP baseball. He will be entering his third year as a coach and second as the Pitching Coordinator for the program. Wyatt is also in the Bucking bull business where he is a member of the Wentz Bucking Bulls and Aces Wild Pro Rodeo staff.
RSP 17U Coach
Coach Willmon is an Everett Washington native. He joined RSP as an athlete while attending CBC before joining the coaching staff in 2019. Andrew pitched for the CBC Hawks then went on to play at NAIA Concordia University in Portland Oregon followed by the University of Northern Colorado.
RSP 17U Head Coach
Anthony Alvarado calls Wapato Washington home. Anthony joined the staff in 2020 where he was the coach for the 16U team. Anthony has played baseball for CBC as well as Bellevue University where he Appeared in 14 games, making eight starts … Pitched to a 5-2 record with a pair of complete games. Named NSAA Pitcher of the Week for his 10 scoreless innings of work in the week ending Apr. 1 … Made three postseason appearances, one start, going 1-0 with a save in 12.1 innings of work … Recorded a save against York to sent BU to the Avista NAIA World Series.
RSP 16U Head Coach / RSP Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coach
Coach Garza has lived in the Central WA & Eastern WA area all his life. He recently transitioned to the Tri-Cities area to continue teaching, training, and coaching platforms. A Health & Fitness/Sports major with 7 years of strength and conditioning training experience. National Strength and Conditioning CSCS certified trainer, and a Precision Nutrition certified coach. Coach Garza will help Reign continue its pursuit for growth and development as a program whole, by coaching and training athletes as well as help coordinate and direct local tournaments.
RSP 15U Head Coach
Coach Bonnington grew up in Pasco Washington and attended Chiawana High School where he letter in baseball before attending Columbia Basin College. Nick was a P/1B for the Hawks under coach Brent Wyatt. He now attends WSU and pursuing a Civil engineering degree.
RSP 14U Head Coach
Coach Landon is a Pasco High graduate. He played baseball collegiately for Columbia Basin College under Scott Woodward. He also played a season in the PIL for the Pendleton Ranchers. Coach Landoni has a Business Management degree from City University. He has 10 years or coaching experience with kids 13 and under as well as 4 years assisting high school ball at Chiawana.
