Jeb Callaghan

“Sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been lucky enough to play basketball, baseball, and football in high school, as well as baseball in college at Columbia Basin College, George Washington University, and Southeast Missouri State. Through my experiences as a student-athlete, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sports at a high level. For the past 10 years, I’ve been dedicated to strength training and fitness. For the last 5 years, I’ve been working out at Reign and for the last three years I’ve been interning with Mirielle. I also got the opportunity to intern at Southeast under head strength coach Ryan Napoli. This has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of fitness and conditioning that I’m eager to share with others. I completed my master’s degree in higher education administration from Southeast Missouri State with the goal of providing the next generation of athletes with a positive and rewarding experience. With my background in athletics and education, I’m confident that I can help athletes of all levels achieve their goals and lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re looking to take your game to the next level, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.”
